Frequently Asked Questions

Most play sets take one day to install. However, an additional day may be required depending on the nature of the build.
Yes! Simply send us a picture of what you are wanting built, and we will be happy to work with you!
Yes, a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders. Depending on the nature of your order, an additional percentage deposit may be required. Once your deposit is received your order will be placed on the install schedule.
Final payment is required upon completion of your order.
Invoices will be sent via Quickbooks to your email. All major credit/debit cards are accepted.
Payment can also be made by PayPal or Venmo. (Local orders may be paid by cash or check.) If you have a preference please let us know!
Once your deposit is received, you will be contacted that day to have your build put on the schedule.
You will be contacted within two business days to discuss your request. At this time, any questions and details regarding your request will be hammered out, and a site visit will be scheduled if necessary.
